What? There's only one discussion going on in the Pub?

That's definitely not enough. Barman! Another drink for me and the boys!

In the meantime I'll choose a song from the Jukebox:

Nice - I really like this.

I just became aware of them through Paul Krugman, of all places. He does a Friday music blog post. The Wiki article describes their style as "transcendental folk." I've listened to a few of their other songs too on YouTube. Their website.

I not only like the song but this is a really innovative video. Only by Nine Inch Nails:

Van Morrison - Tir Na Nog

This one popped up in my consciousness today, from my yute:

O yea. what do I know :-§

Tell me true by Sarah Jarosz:

I discovered this new ten-piece French group today.  Quite nice - Monte, by Mermonte.

And here's a video that allows embedding:

Mermonte | A Take Away Show from La Blogotheque on Vimeo.

This last graphic got me thinking on this golden oldie.

Some of the clips were pretty funny, especially the last one on Broadway. I've never seen the show though; it looks terrible.

What paths lie ahead for religion and spirituality in the 21st Century? How might the insights of modernity and post-modernity impact and inform humanity's ancient wisdom traditions? How are we to enact, together, new spiritual visions – independently, or within our respective traditions – that can respond adequately to the challenges of our times?

This group is for anyone interested in exploring these questions and tracing out the horizons of an integral post-metaphysical spirituality.
