There is a recent thread on the new Integral Life forum that is touching on a few themes that we have explored here over the years.  I've contributed a couple posts (in one of which, I've conflated for simplicity's sake some of my conversations with friends in Virginia and Texas with conversations I've had with you and others here), and may be posting further there, so I wanted to post a link here for interested readers.

The Myth of the Given

(The particular board on which it is taking place is free, so you do not need to be an IL member to post there).

They might do well to see our discussion on postmetaphysical states and its Gaia predecessor, as well as the Gaia thread on the myth of the given.* Granted our views here have become more nuanced since then but the basics are pretty much the same.

* Some of the Gaia archive files are too large to load/view and need to be downloaded, which only takes a few seconds.

What paths lie ahead for religion and spirituality in the 21st Century? How might the insights of modernity and post-modernity impact and inform humanity's ancient wisdom traditions? How are we to enact, together, new spiritual visions – independently, or within our respective traditions – that can respond adequately to the challenges of our times?

This group is for anyone interested in exploring these questions and tracing out the horizons of an integral post-metaphysical spirituality.

At the moment, this site is at full membership capacity and we are not admitting new members.  We are still getting new membership applications, however, so I am considering upgrading to the next level, which will allow for more members to join.  In the meantime, all discussions are open for viewing and we hope you will read and enjoy the content here.
