Chris Dierkes, an Anglican seminarian who blogged thoughtfully on Integral theory, Postmetaphysical Spirituality, and Christianity at http://indistinctunion.wordpress.com/, is now participating in a new group blog called Beams And Struts: An Integral Inquiry Into The Post-Postmodern Age. Here's the site:   http://beamsandstruts.com/

A couple of interesting essays by him:

Bravo! This is real pioneering work. An Excellent resource, thank you very much Joseph.

Hi, Joseph, I'm grateful to you for posting this, as well; it looks like an interesting new site which I'll enjoy exploring.

Looking at the site recently it has closed.

That's a sad development.  I had heard this was coming, but didn't know it had happened yet.  One lingering disappointment I have with the site is that Trevor there promised several times to interview me about IPS, and he even started the interview with me, but it got abandoned and never went anywhere.  That could have been a little more exposure for our forum.

What paths lie ahead for religion and spirituality in the 21st Century? How might the insights of modernity and post-modernity impact and inform humanity's ancient wisdom traditions? How are we to enact, together, new spiritual visions – independently, or within our respective traditions – that can respond adequately to the challenges of our times?

This group is for anyone interested in exploring these questions and tracing out the horizons of an integral post-metaphysical spirituality.
