Here is a video showing several more of his works. I really like his style, even though the themes can be a bit redundant.

I found some other works by this painter here and discovered his name, Leonid Afremov.Here is his website.

I tried enlarging the picture but couldn't make out the signature.  Not sure who this is ... but I really like the warm and cool colors in this.
