Yes! It is jasmine flower blossom tea  from Hanoi. I was completely fascinated the first time it was served to me -  a  great source of inspiration!

This looks like jasmine flower blossom tea, which I've had at a restaurant in my area called Zen.  Is that what this is, or was that the inspiration for this?
