Race to the bottom by Kunkel and Harris. I was reminded of this by all the economic talk. Kunkel is a friend from Santa Rosa.

Cool -- great to hear Kunkel's music, esp. after meeting him at the recent ITC.

Here's a nice, atmospheric new instrumental tune I've been digging lately.

Awesome, while it lasts (Youtube will probably pull it)...

Love it! He is a brilliant talent.

Good toasty jams:

Beautiful, acrobatic, erotic. Eh? (Aka henna?)

Balder's question in this post evoked this memory:

On So You Think You Can Dance Jenna was teamed up with Allstar Mark last night and Mark choreographed the most creative routine I've yet seen on the show. It was perfect for the song. They were both praised by the judges for this performance even though Jenna was eliminated last night. Enjoy.

A local blues band. Here's their website.

Me.  Want.

Speaking of in excess...

What paths lie ahead for religion and spirituality in the 21st Century? How might the insights of modernity and post-modernity impact and inform humanity's ancient wisdom traditions? How are we to enact, together, new spiritual visions – independently, or within our respective traditions – that can respond adequately to the challenges of our times?

This group is for anyone interested in exploring these questions and tracing out the horizons of an integral post-metaphysical spirituality.
